Upgraded to 1.1

Although I released a "complete" version of Godawful Quest a few days ago, I wasn't completely satisfied with it.  In particular, the movement and jumping was pretty spastic.  For the sake of the jam I threw it together quickly from Unity's stock physics.  That was OK, but had a lot of room for improvement - namely by throwing out the stock physics and writing my own movement controller.  So, since I had more time before the end of the jam, and since I hope to build more games on this foundation in the future, that's what I did.  The result is much smoother.  It's not perfect, but I'm much happier with it than with my original solution.

There are still a few more fixes and changes that I want to make, but first I will most likely look into adding sound effects.  This may or may not happen before the end of the jam - I have never used sound effect software, and I think the game works OK as a silent experience anyway - but I will take a stab at it.

Some other improvements in this version:

- Overhauled the plains level to be a bit more dangerous

- Improved enemy activation and placement

- Small performance and visual improvements

- Allow higher quality settings, mainly for V-sync accessibility

- Added Z/X as default alternate buttons

- Small tweaks and fixes to level layouts
